Please note that oak sleepers can be varied including cracks and imperfections. As a natural product each Oak Hardwood timber sleeper is unique which means that there may be variations. This can result in varying lengths, widths and depths of up to 5%. These multi-purpose sleepers are easy to work with to create steps, pathways, retaining walls or even a raised terrace areas. Our Oak Hardwood sleepers provide a robust feature when used with our softwood decking or in general landscaping. DELIVERY NOTE - Due to the high weight of oak sleepers, These are strictly curb-side delivery only, please ensure you are able to move them yourselves once delivered.

We can also cut your sleepers for you, please pay for the amount of cuts needed and add the cutting details to your customer notes at check out. If there is any confusion we will phone you to discuss your order.

Please note once a sleeper has been cut we cannot refund. Also of note, we are unable to cut the 120mm x 240mm sleepers or the reclaimed sleepers as these are too large for our machines. As per most timber/builder merchants, we are curbside delivery. You don’t need to be in, we’re happy to leave your items on your driveway or front garden as long as these are easily accessible for our drivers. Please note we cannot take goods through your house, up or down flights of steps or down alleyways round the back! This isn’t to be awkward, we don’t want to damage your property, the goods, or our staff! We hope you understand.

Once your items are bought and paid for we will get them out to you within the times specified above. You will receive an email notifying you of a 2-hour delivery window the day before your delivery is scheduled and will be able to track your driver on the day of delivery.

Delivery hours:

Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 18:00 (could be later in summer months when busy)

Office/Yard Hours:

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00

Sunday: Closed

Bank Holidays: Closed

Returns…

Generally our customers are in when we deliver their timber products, so they can check them out to see the quality.

If you not happy with the quality of any of the products you receive, please let us know and we will have them refunded or replaced as soon as we can.

How We Do It

We pride ourselves on delivering good quality timber and we spend days upon days sourcing the best stuff we can find and still trying to keep it affordable!

If you are unsatisfied with the timber that’s been delivered please let us know within 48 hours and we can either refund or replace.
